California’s Lemon Law protects consumers who purchase or lease new or used vehicles in California that come with a written warranty. Was your new or used car in the shop repeatedly for a warranty problem that the dealer could not repair? If so, you may have a lemon law claim. In 1995, I opened my own law firm and began representing consumers in California automobile lemon law and consumer fraud cases. I have been instrumental in the development of California’s Lemon Law, and my efforts have resulted in a number of published decisions from the United States District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, the California Court of Appeals, and the California Supreme Court.
